📦 Posturinn
Make sure the printer has been added to the system used by Posturinn and that the correct paper size is selected.
📤 In “Create Shipment”:

🛠️ For Dropp shipments, you need to change the default printer settings in Windows.
🔧 Step 1: Change printer settings
1️⃣ Open Settings → (Windows key + i)
⚙️ Settings
2️⃣ Go to:
📶 Bluetooth & devices
🖨️ Printers & scanners
3️⃣ Select the printer
➡️ Click More devices and printer settings
4️⃣ Right-click the printer listed under Printers
5️⃣ Select Printing preferences

6️⃣ In the menu:
🔽 Choose Other
📏 Make sure Unit is set to mm
7️⃣ Go to Basic
📄 Select paper size: 62mm
💾 Click Apply and then Save
🔧 Step 2: Change default settings
1️⃣ Right-click the printer again in Devices and Printers
2️⃣ Select Printer properties
3️⃣ Go to Advanced → Printing Defaults...
4️⃣ Repeat the same steps:
🔽 Choose Other
📄 In Basic, select 62mm from the list
💾 Click Apply, then Ok, and again Ok to exit settings
🖨️ When the shipping label has been downloaded from Dropp:
📄 Press Print (CTRL + P)
✅ Select the printer
➡️ The label will print like this
